"Relaxing VT stay . You are in a rural setting but places to stock up on supplies was less then 10 miniutes away . We watched the fireworks that stratton displayed pretty much from the comfort of the property .Our children are young adults and they had a blast finding local swimholes . As well as spending a day at Bromley Mountain ( 20 mins away ) where they did water slides , alpine slides , the giant swing to name a few . House is large and the ability to accomodate large families or groups ....

"Our biggest issue is that the listing says 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen, 1 with twin bunks, and 1 with a queen and 2 twins. But it’s actually a full with 2 twins—a bouncy, mushy full. The twins in that room are paper thin mattresses on boards and they felt a bit like 2x4’s, so I’d only recommend them for kids, even though they were roomy twins. "A relaxing weekend with family. Perfect place for two couples or a small family. Close to mountains, restaurants and shopping. We over packed bringing more pans and cooking equipment since many rentals are not as equipped. Owner communicated well. Had a much needed and relaxing long weekend. It snowed and the driveway and roads were cleared nicely, so we were able to travel when and where we wanted."
