"As two women staying here by ourselves, this place made us uncomfortable. Wires were cut leading up to the hut (they said it’s been like that for 6 years but how would we know that?) and the lock was broken/tampered with so that it wouldn’t lock at all. Didn’t feel as it was worth it to call someone out as we were in the middle of nowhere and still felt unsafe on the property so we left to find a hotel."

"Gwen and Larry were excellent hosts from start to finish! The property was everything as described, plus more. The communication with the hosts were direct and speedy with responses, an attribute that made our weekend even more enjoyable! From the cute landscape surrounding the cabin, to every aspect inside that was available for us. I look forward to hopefully making more trips back to this quaint destination for an escape from the hustle of Jersey!"

"Victory Cabin was all we could have wished for. Norm and Michelle take great care of the property. The Gazebo and Fireplace area is awesome. We stayed a whole week. Just relaxed, unwind and enjoyed being in nature. Had the best Halloween with pumpkin carving, bbq and a nice fire. The inside fire place is perfect! Thank you for the wood supplies! The hot tub was great! Very clean! We had some magical times under the stars! Thank you, very happy we found your place! "

"We drove up to visit the fall dog party at Dog Mountain. We quickly learned the area is really suited for mountain bikers! But we had great weather and a great, comfortable stay.
