The pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head down in them and the duvet/comforter combo was a recipe for waking up tangled in your own bed. I did not get a single good night of sleep. Liked the members lounge perk. Breakfast was great. Overall it was a good experience I just wish I had the ability to swap out the pillows and blankets to actually get some sleep. "
