"Friendly staffs and owners. The owner hosted a free glowworms tour every night in the forest beside the lodge. He’s very experienced and also told us many fun facts on glowworms. Overall a clean lodge at a very convenient location. The only small downside is the stove for cooking in the room is not very strong, so it might take awhile if you want to do self-cooking. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this place when they visit fox glacier. "

"It’s an acquired taste, bed is comfortable and it’s as clean as it can be, ( as there’s so much stuff, dolls, Knick- knacks) so if your looking for mod cons and clean lines, this is not for you, it has an outside bathroom, but totally undercover from the front door, so you won’t get wet if it rains and sadly it did a lot during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we’d like. Kath and Dan were very welcoming "
