"My husband and I escaped to Long Island for a beautiful fall weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vine + Sand. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived.
