"There were 3 of us staying for 4 nights. We chose this condo mainly for its location and were excited to use the facilities heavily featured in the listing - over 10 photos showed the rooftop patio, gym, and game room. Gym was clearly listed under “Amenities”.However, none of these amenities were available for guest use. When we asked the host what's the point of posting pictures of what's not available for use, response was rude: “If you have a problem with it, feel free to cancel.” This was on...

"Overall our stay was good. I have provided some suggestions directly to the host that would help future guests. I didn’t feel like the suite can accommodate 5 people unless it was a family with small children. There are only two beds and the couch is not very comfortable to sleep on but that is what my teenage son had to do. There were only four of us but two of the guests could not sleep in the same bed so it was either that or the floor. Just needs a few kitchen upgrades and minor maintenance....

"Very close to Rogers Centre but lots of noise from sirens. Checkin information was not sent and took quite a while to get sorted. Parking garage key did not work, ended up with an $85 parking ticket which it appears the host got voided. Unit appeared clean but dishes were not clean, towels smelled like cigarette smoke."
