A cozy and beautifully updated dog-friendly space, The Pine House is the perfect space for a weekend or extended stay offering many of the amenities of home. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer and two private bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful mountain views. You will enjoy the sitting area on the porch, a shared grill and fire pit and easy walking distance to all the shops, parks and restaurants in downtown Westcliffe.
The Pine House is located at 5th and Main Street at the eastern end of downtown Westcliffe. There is a Mennonite Bakery and a coffee shop right across the street. Within an easy walking distance of several blocks, guests have access to all the restaurants, shops and parks in downtown Westcliffe. There is free, public street parking in front of the property, along 5th Street and down Main Street.
You have your own entrance and house suite with shared access to the central patio with a grill and fire pit.
The Pine House is the two story house at the back of the property facing 5th Street. Guests will walk into the kitchen and dining area then the pine wood stairs take you up to the sitting area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
**Due to the stairs, this is not an infant/ toddler friendly space. Baby gate can be provided upon special request, however guest sets up and uses at their own risk. Guests are responsible for monitoring children at all times.
If you have small children, this space could accommodate up to 6 guests--2 guests would need to be small enough to sleep on the L-shaped sofa. It is not a pull-out, though so if all 6 guests are adults, it would not be ideal. Consider renting an addition space if that is the case.
Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second story. If you need accommodations on one story, please message me directly.
We prefer check-ins before 9pm, but understand that delays happen. Please notify us if you will check-in after 9pm.
