"The room was nice and cozy and beds were comfortable. I really liked the gym. I didn’t like the fact the person at front desk didn’t know the answer to when I told him that I had all inclusive breakfast and they were going to charge me because they were saying it’s only for one which reservation was for 2. I’m glad manager was there and was able to reserve the correct way."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check-in was painless - Just gave the clerk my ID and she gave me the key cards. Breakfast the next day was nothing too terribly special, but was decent - a refreshing change from a lot of places, which at best just have some microwave biscuits in bags. "

"Room temperature was below comfortable. The thermostat was set to 77 degrees but it didn’t get over 68. I believe the suite had a high limit of 68 which was not acceptable for a senior citizen. I raised the temperature before I went to bed, assuming it would get warmer, but it did not. When I got up at 1 am freezing it was too late for me to wait for a maintenance engineer to come.
