"Amazing Family Vacation! Wow! All would could say pulling up to Rick and Penny’s property. Views are stunning! Looked exactly as pictured in the listing. What an amazing 8 nights at the Ocean Song Villa! My wife and I along with our three kids (ages 9-17) loved our week on the island. Rick and Penny provided a handbook of instructions from getting a rental car on the island to groceries, restaurants, excursions, beaches, etc. Franklyn, property manager, was there to greet us at the property...

"This was our 4th visit to St Kitts and 3rd villa in the Turtle Beach area. We found this villa to be the most homey/comfortable yet. The AC in the bedrooms was very good, even for us northerners. It's great when you can drink the tap water with out getting ill too. The views are spectacular from the villa. A quick drive to many excellent restaurants and the Park Hyatt if you should choose to do a day pass and spa treatments there. Make reservations at the Orchid Bay restaurant for an increible...

"I am a returning visitor to the island and I loved the property. The landscaping is amazing with all the variety of fruit trees and the walking path made it so easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, plenty of room for my three children to swim and play without being on top of one another. The location was perfect, far enough away to have privacy but close enough to get to the grocery stores in 3 minutes, town in 5 minutes and Pinney’s beach is just a 7 drive away. "
