Private romantic retreat, ideally located, panoramic views, walk to the beach.

TooMuchNice is a beautiful romantic villa set in a peaceful location with panoramic views of the ocean, St Kitts and Mount Nevis. The upper floor has a loft style apartment feel which is ideal for a couple and is surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens with a gazebo offering 360 degree views of the island - a great spot to enjoy a sundowner.

The villa comprises a well equipped kitchen and vaulted sitting room with shutters that open fully to allow the breeze to flow through. A huge glass sliding door opens onto a spacious deck with a large swimming pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for you to relax (or 'lime' as the locals say) either by the pool or in the shade of our deep porches. The sitting room leads to the master bedroom furnished in an Indonesian style with a king sized four poster bed. Adjoining is a large bathroom with a spa bath tub as well as a walk in shower.

The bedroom has A/C and the property has WIFI.

There are an additional 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor, available on request for larger parties (maximum occupancy: 6)

Golf and Tennis: 5 minutes by car to the Four Seasons Resort. 13 tennis courts, 3 Clay Courts. One of the most beautiful golf courses of the world as well as a fabulous spa.

Pickup: Our house manager will arrange airport transfers, meet / greet you on arrival in Nevis and take you to the house. Car hire is recommended and will be ready for you if requested in advance. Initial grocery shopping can also be arranged for your arrival, local shops / supermarket are within easy reach stocking a wide range of local and imported produce.

The property, pool, and gardens are more than pictures can describe. The staff was outstanding! Great location on the island. Make sure you visit the Botanical Gardens. Golden Rock was our favorite restaurant. And finally, the beaches are romantic.

Too-Much-Nice Villa - Nov, 4-13, 2034
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in early November. The villa is beautiful and so are the grounds. There were great views of St. Kitts from the pool and of Mt. Nevis from the back of the property. Derek the property manager arranged the cab and water taxi from St. Kitts for us which was very helpful. He met us at the Nevis pier on our arrival and took us to the villa. He also helped us book a car rental for the week. Nevis is a beautiful island with very friendly people. There are many restaurants and beaches within a 10-15 minute drive from the villa. We highly recommend a visit here and are anxious to return.

As Nice as Can Be
Too Much Nice really lives up to its name! This is a beautiful villa on a hill with exceptional views of Nevis’ west coast and St.Kitt’s southern peninsula - and great sunsets. The house is large and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck and pool are very spacious. It’s tough to tear yourself away but when you do it’s an easy walk (or short drive) to a very long beach with a few waterside beach bars to choose from. Chrishi Beach Bar, the closest, has excellent food and provides beach chairs for customers. I can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating TMN’s owner Julie and property manager Ian were, before and during our visit. This is a first class property in every way. We loved our stay at Too Much Nice!

Stay Here You Won't Be Sorry!
Julie and Roger's place has everything you need for a comfortable stay on Nevis. The house is clean, well appointed and centrally located. A large master bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space for your belongings is located on the main floor. The two extra bedrooms downstairs are also roomy, with the slight downside that you must walk through the first bedroom and shared bath to get to the back bedroom, so the people sharing this space have to be comfortable with that. The terrace area with the pool is large with plenty of shade and comfortable furniture for lounging around. A well appointed kitchen and a large new washer and dryer located in the laundry room downstairs are a plus. The gazebo on the hill behind the house is an extra perk; a nice spot to have your morning coffee or a cocktail at the end of the day. When our internet went out for 24 hours, Ian Hart, the property manager stayed on it until it was fixed; no small feat as this was a line problem only at our place (not island wide) caused by the high winds we had throughout most of our stay. He was also nice enough to run the Mac laptop my son forgot when we checked out down to the Oualie Beach so we didn't miss our boat to St Kitts. All in all we had a great stay at Too Much Nice.

The Best of the Best on Nevis!!
Wow! This is the second time we have rented a property with Henning and this one was even more amazing than the first. While there, we actually looked at other villas as we are considering buying one. We went all over the island, peaked inside many of them - using TooMuchNice as as standard - and found that others paled in comparison. This villa was spacious enough for seven of us (myself, husband and five young men 16-22 years old). It was impeccably clean - and kept that way with Rhianna and her husband's biweekly attention. The pool was large enough to swim in so we swam everyday. The kitchen was spacious enough to prepare food for our family and all the appliances are state-of-the-art German high quality. The beds were huge, the rooms very spacious. We loved the veranda - played chess, read, talked and even watched the lunar eclipse on the solstice! As an early riser, one can watch the sun rise from the veranda just left of Mt. Nevis, then watch spectacular sunsets from the veranda looking over the ocean. We walked to nearby Cades Bay beach and ate several dinners at Chrishi's Beach Bar, affordable and tasty. We ate at nearby Galipots twice - their steak and smoked sailfish were great! The five course meal for my godson's birthday on Christmas Eve at Mt. Nevis Hotel nearby was tremendous. Hospitality on the island is amazing, especially the people at St. Theresa's in Charlestown. One not to be overlooked feature of this villa is its close proximity to so many activities. We were five minutes from Scuba Safari's Dive Shop for our dives - do go see Ellis and ask for Elvin to take you diving. Tell him Roseann sent you! We also returned to the same location at Oulie Beach for windsurfing. Nisbet Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches is perhaps 15 minutes away. We were in and out of Charlestown for shopping, church, sightseeing and sailing (go with the 55-ft schooner The Star; we chartered them for a glorious afternoon to St. Kitts and snorkeling). To summit the mountain, contact Linnell at Sun Rise Tours. Henning keeps a book there for all nearby activities complete with locations and phone numbers. So, there you have it. A great big, clean, spacious villa with awesome views, great design and furnishings. Look no further for truly a wonderful place for privacy, yet near everywhere you want to go on Nevis. Oh, and that bathroom? Everyone wanted to use our shower!! Book your trip here, we certainly plan to return!!

Super relaxed location
Stayed here for a week in October 2022, just as the island was reopening - both from the off-season and from covid-restrictions. Wonderful views of the south of St Kitts from the balcony and swimming pool. The pool, in fact, was truly glorious - big enough to swim in or to just lounge around. The villa is really well equipped and met all our needs. The electricity sockets are a little esoteric - a mix of UK, US and European - with some dubious wiring but everything worked just fine. Overall, a great place to stay and we would highly recommend.

Amazing!!
This was the perfect rental home for my family. The owner went well above and beyond in advance of our stay to make sure we would be comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much!! From the airport pick up, ferry ride over, to transport to the house by the caretaker (who even stocked the fridge prior to our arrival!). Equally well executed on our departure too! Every rental experience should operate like this!! The house was truly amazing. Great layout, very spacious rooms, many awesome architectural features, and beautifully decorated. Also, house, pool and garden were incredibly neat and clean upon our arrival. We very much appreciate that fact. Obviously, the owner and staff care greatly about this property. As for location, convenient to many beaches, bars, and quite a few restaurants. We didn't mind the drive either to a few of the fine dining restaurants. A couple tucked away for sure but a fun adventure to find and totally worth the effort!! We so enjoyed our week at TooMuchNice on the beautiful island of Nevis and hope to stay again soon!! Thank you again.

Beautiful house, fully stocked with everything that you will need!
Very romantic, spacious and private, with amazing views and gorgeous colorful garden. The pool is really big compared to other homes we have rented, nice to swim in and cool off. We ended up cooking and having dinner at the house most evenings because it was hard to leave. Love the large bathroom and 4 poster bed with mosquito net. Ian and Savi who take care of things were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Perfect location, with views of St Kitts and Nevis Mountain, close to great restaurants, fun bars and beaches.

Too Much Nice- a first-rate Nevis villa rental.
This property is well-equipped and maintained. Especially notable are the large pool and the extensive gardens surrounding the house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood yet the beaches and other attractions are readily accessible by car.

Well equipped villa in lovely gardens.
Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely villa for a week. The gardens are beautiful with lots of bougainvillea and we spent most of our time relaxing on the pool deck, enjoying the views over to St Kitts. The pool itself is an excellent size and depth and was very refreshing. The master bedroom and bathroom are really spacious with a very comfortable bed and windows opening on to a side terrace. We visited several different beaches, had an afternoon snorkelling with Miles on Nevis yacht charters (very good) and went riding along the beach and through the hillside villages. Favourite restaurants were Mango at the Four Seasons and The Gin Trap but we also had a fun evening at the Nisbet Plantation BBQ. Julie was very helpful and arranged transfer and car hire and the arrival and departure from St Kitts was much easier than expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a peaceful and refreshing holiday.

Amazing Anniversary Trip
We loved our stay at Too Much Nice! We have been traveling in the Caribbean for over 25 years, normally renting a villa or home so that we can experience living on the island. After staying at Too Much Nice for 10 days, we both agreed that it was by far one of the nicest properties we have ever booked. It checks all the boxes for us: clean, close to beaches and restaurants, easy to access, A/C in the bedroom, private and a pool. And this pool is absolutely top notch for swimming, lounging, and views! The property is exactly as advertised and Julie is a great hostess - easy to work with and very helpful. We also appreciated Julie and her property manager, Ian, arranging all the transfer details and the rental car. This service is very valuable and is such a luxury. Julie's recommendations on restaurants is spot on. We enjoyed Double Deuce for several meals, as well as the Gin Trap. For our anniversary, we chose to go to Coconut Grove and have lobster and an amazing bottle of wine. As always, we enjoyed to local people and our time on the island of Nevis. And, as I told Julie, we will be back! Kass - Kansas City

Paradise Found!
We have recently returned from an amazing week's stay at TooMuchNice, wow this is an outstanding villa with superb views and equipped to the very highest standard. The photographs and description really do not do it justice. Particularly appreciated the large swimming pool which was immaculately maintained. There are excellent beaches nearby including Oualie, Lovers, Paradise and Pinneys all within a few minutes drive. There are some great restaurants nearby including The Gin Trap, Bananas on the edge of the rain forest and Golden Rock . The property owner Julie is a pleasure to deal with and the team on Nevis that maintain the property cannot be faulted. Will definitely be booking a return visit to this 6* villa.

Our piece of heaven
This was our first time on Nevis. We searched on VRBO for places to stay on the island and finally decided on TooMuchNice. No question we made the right choice. This place was perfect! During our week we saw other places for future places to stay but no question we love TooMuchNice due to being clean, beautiful, and private! The transfer from plane, boat taxi, and the house went so smoothly! (Thank you Julie and Ian.) Getting back to the airport was the same; which is a huge plus. The taxi driver to the boat gave us hints of the do’s and don’ts. For example (and you will forget): Drive on the left! Be observant. Drivers like to stop on either side of the road. Why?....ummmm….just because. So again, be observant. Overall though, there were no worries. The taxi boat was great by supplying beverages during the quick trip to the island. Ian was right, he was waiting at the dock to take us to the house. He is very pleasant, informative, and answered all of our questions. The property is absolutely beautiful with the exquisite landscaping! The layout of the house and balcony was fantastic along with the private pool area. With the heat and humidity, the pool was the focal point for our relaxation. The house is located on the hillside so we had great breezes. We kept all the doors open for the breeze when we were there. At night we closed up the house and the bedroom quickly cooled down with the a/c for perfect sleeping. It is priority to bring suntan lotion and bug spray. The mosquitoes were minimal on the island but when we got bit, the bites would welt up. So, simply make sure to spray yourself throughout the day to be safe. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking. The gas grill was definitely used. There are local grocery stores but be prepared that each store will supply different items. For example, some will only have frozen meats, etc. You need to go to each store and then learn where best to pick up items. We went to various restaurants. Bananas: Good Indian Summer: Excellent!!! Yachtsman Grill: Good The Rocks: Good (Excellent landscaping) Chrishi Beach Club: Excellent!!! The burger/fries was beyond fantastic. We are still trying to figure out how thee fries stayed hot until the last bite. Four Seasons: Excellent morning brunch. Steve and I have traveled a lot. When we return to the area, we totally agree TooMuchNice will be our destination!

Our Dream Get-Away
This was our second time staying at this beautiful villa on Nevis. Both stays at TooMuchNice exceeded our expectations. The villa is very well maintained and clean. We couldn't help but notice the improvements made to the grounds and furnishings. My husband enjoyed drinking his early morning coffee up in the newly added gazebo where he could take in the panoramic views of not only the turquoise water but also majestic Mt. Nevis. The views of St. Kitts from the pool area are also absolutely beautiful. It's a place that you can't help but find relaxing and scenic. We were fortunate to see the monkeys playing daily in the neighborhood. We also discovered that the monkeys are very active between 4-5pm so we took daily strolls around the neighborhood to observe them. The baby monkeys were everywhere and we had so much fun watching them play. There is also a walk you can take off the back road near the villa that takes you to a few old sugar cane relics. We waited five years between visits but we have already decided we will wait no longer than 2 years before returning. We can't imagine staying anywhere else on Nevis than this beautiful villa. Our favorite restaurants are - Bananas, Mango's, Sunshine's (for a Killer Bee) and Golden Rock. Be sure to take the beach chairs over to nearby Paradise Beach for the day. It's one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever visited! Julie, we can't thank you enough for making our stay so pleasant and for the smooth arrangements for our transport to and from St. Kitts airport to your lovely villa. A very dreamy place to chill and we are so thankful for you sharing your lovely home with us! No photo can do this place justice. There is just too much beauty to take in.

Paradise Found!
Our family of five was lucky enough to spend our Christmas holiday on the island of Nevis at this perfect home. Our boys were a little nervous about being away from home at Christmas but the trip went so smoothly and our stay was so perfect that they want to do it every year! Julie was so helpful from our first inquiry email. She helped to organize the transfers from the airport to the water taxi to Nevis. The helpful house manager met us at the dock and took us to the house where our car was waiting in the driveway! She even made sure that there was a little Christmas tree and lights to welcome us to their home. The pictures do not do the house justice. Every morning I would have my coffee looking at Nevis peak and every night a sun downer as the sun set into the ocean. The house is perfectly set up and was very spacious for our family of five. One tip that I wish we had followed earlier was that we should have shut the sliding doors before the sunset. We left them wide open the first couple of nights before bed and were eaten alive in bed even with the mosquito nets. It was fine after we started following that tip. The monkeys really do come visit in the mornings. One day there must have been a troop of 40 monkeys in the neighbour's trees -so entertaining for the boys! Despite the house being so inviting -with so many great novels there to read- we went exploring most days. We loved Pinney's Beach and ate a Lime (awesome food), Sunshines (the Killer Bee "stung" us a couple of times, but it is very entertaining to watch the cruise ship people get "stung" too) Walk down in front of the Four Season and go snorkeling in front of their breakers -we saw a sea turtle, sting rays and lots of pretty fish. We enjoyed Chrisiti Beach as well (very close to the house) and the waves were fun. The sunbeds are lovely and it is a wonderful place to spend the day. We tried to hike The Source -but it is really far for little legs-but still fun! Christmas Eve was spent at Golden Rock -WOW!!! It was truly magical. Paradise Beach is definitely worth a visit, there aren't any restaurants but that is part of the charm. After parking, walk to the right and you will be in front of the resort where Prime Minister Trudeau holidayed with his family! I highly recommend TooMuchNice -but, don't go at Christmas because I want to go then;)

A slice of heaven!
TooMuchNice was our idea of a little slice of heaven. We spent 3 weeks there in August. The owner, Julie, was extremely helpful from the initial enquiry to the day we left the island to come home. The villa is beautiful and the views are breath taking. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms are large and airy (with a lovely breeze coming off from the veranda). My 6 year old daughter was particularly taken by the huge bath tub with optional 'disco' lights! We spent most of our time sitting by the pool, cooking on the barbecue and generally enjoying the sights and sounds around us (which included daily visits from the monkeys in the neighbouring garden). The island is small and easy to get around (Julie arranged car hire for us) and its easy to find a grocers if you want to do your own cooking. Alternately there are some fabulous restaurants - Chrishi Beach Club, a 5 minute drive from the villa, very appealing decor, light and airy, a very tasty and varied menu with the added bonus of a beautiful beach on your doorstep. We also ate at Golden Rock Plantation Inn (I highly recommend the lobster sandwich) which is set in beautiful surroundings. Julie leaves a folder in the villa with all the recommended restaurants and attractions and it was very helpful. There is plenty to see and do on the island - we went snorkelling, horse back riding, deep sea fishing, all of which were highly enjoyable. I would also recommend having a dip in the Bath Springs near Charlestown, a super steaming- hot tiled pool of spring water warmed by the island's volcano. I came out of there feeling like a new woman! We had a truly wonderful time and I would not hesitate to recommend TooMuchNice and Nevis itself to anyone. None of us wanted to leave!

What a great week!
Too Much Nice is one of the better villas we have stayed at on Nevis. The property is well maintained, has plenty of deck area around the pool, and there is lots of shade under the veranda. The kitchen is well equipped and overall the property captures great breezes. Both the Julie and local property manager, Ian, were very responsive and accommodating. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will likely be going back for our next vacation!

Superb in all Ways
We stayed at Much Too Nice for 10 nights on our honeymoon. The house was ideally located with spectacular sunset views, with quiet and privacy to spare. Everything worked well - kitchen, bath, bedroom - and was quite comfortable. But the best was the pool and outside space - perfect for a post-beach plunge. We were well-taken care of by the owners and the property manager. And Nevis itself is a real treat. We will be back someday.

A Slice of Paradise!
We just returned from an absolutley wonderful week enjoying both the island of Nevis and "TooMuchNice"! The owners were wonderful to interact with and the house manager, Ian was very helpful and personable. If you are looking to relax, de-stress and have lots of privacy, "TooMuchNice" is perfect. The views from the sprawling decks were amazing. The pool spotless and refreshing and why go to the Botanical Gardens when you have one not only in your front yard, but your back yard as well! "TooMuchNice" was well maintened and very very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and a huge soaking tub that you must take advantage of! While we never cook on vacation, the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (you will have to buy items such as napkins, Saran Wrap, etc. ). We love having a washer and dryer available as well since you can travel with a carryon! Property is in the perfect location on the island (didn't know it at the time since this was our first trip to Nevis) and a very easy drive to fabulous restaurants and beaches! If we ever get the change to visit Nevis again, we would definitely stay at "TooMuchNice"...a perfect home away from home!

Slice of paradise
Ian the house manager arranged for our arrival which made arriving a breeze. Arrive in st. Kitts and sea moss the cab driver was waiting and took us on a scenic drive to a beach to meet a private boat, Mr. relax. A start to a great vacation on a private boat ride to Oulie beach Nevis. Upon arrival Ian was waiting for us. The drive up to Too Much Nice in a quiet neighborhood up a hill and to the home, one word wow. The home is as and described and much more. The views: pool and living room is a view of the water and mountains and the back of the house mountain views. Amazing with grat trade winds. The gazebo is beautiful for sunsets and to watch storms roll in. David the Gardner does such amazing job my husband and I were not impressed with the botanical gardens on the island because this home has all the flora and more. If you leave the house which is difficult but a must to explore. Golden Rock and Montpiliar Hotel a must for history food and views. Funky Monkey Tours, right down the street from the house and a must for places your jeep cannot get to. Sunsets: this home, of course but also Nisbit hotel beach bar and Yachtsman Grill. Yachtsman Grill 5 minutes from the house has a very private beach with chairs. It might have been time of year but we had the beach and restaurant to ourselves the entire week. The owners of this restaurant treat you like family and have amazing food and food theme nights like pasta night, lobster night, beach BBQ night and music. Do not waste money at Four seasons restaurants the local places better food and more responsibly priced. With the exception of sunset and cocktails at mangoes. Bananas is a fun drive but with that said we went during the day I think it would be tricky at night. The views are beautiful and my husband had the local goat stew he said was tasty and spicy. Breakfast a must at mount Nevis hotel views and good food. We do not want to brag about Too Much Nice to our friends because we want to keep this our secret piece of paradise. Thank you again Julie and Roger.
