Unique location and stunning views. Very high standard and a short distance from several idyllic beaches. The villa is located in the quiet surroundings of Jones Bay, which is near Cades Bay. Features large pool, beautiful terraces, planted garden, covered barbecue, and on-premises parking.

This beautiful masonry two storey home is located in the renowned neighborhood of Jones Estate. The villa is impeccably maintained. Hardwood floor in living area, Corian kitchen counter tops, and island cut stone are only a few features of this spacious Villa. The lot has a beautifully manicured landscape that has been well maintained. The property has an amazing view of the sister island Saint Kitts and the Caribbean Sea. Its proximity to the island best beaches makes it an excellent vacation villa.

The large open plan living space consists of a large kitchen with modern appliances including a fridge freezer with ice maker. The kitchen is divided from the lounge area by a breakfast bar with stools, ideal for keeping social while preparing meals and drinks. The lounge area has high ceilings, ceiling fans, and air conditioning.

Great property in good location.
The property was fantastic and just as described. It was in good condition and the liaison with the property manger was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We like visiting the 9 hole golf course, the hot springs and the various beaches. We enjoyed splendid meals at Turtle Bay, Sunshines, Lime, Nesbit Beach Hotel and Mount Nevis hotel.

Amazing stay!
We loved our 9 day stay! Juliet was a great host and even had a honeymoon welcome gift ready. The area was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The pool was great to soak in. There were chairs by the pool, but not chaise lounges...I would recommend a few of those to lay out by the pool since it is so windy at the beach to lay out. Air conditioning and all appliances worked great. The porch area and view were wonderful. Washing machine was a Godsend.

Not as expected
The property, gardens and location were beautiful however the listing is misleading as it suggests that the rental is for the whole property (" extended family living on two floors", "private gardens"). There is actually someone staying downstairs and this rental is just the top floor. That was not a problem in itself, just a surprise. If there was a BBQ (which the listing says it has) we could not find it, and the email asking this question of Juliet (property manager) prior to our arrival was not responded to. The kitchen was not well equipped and the pool furniture shabby and uncomfortable, so it did not feel like anyone had recently given much thought to making our stay effortless, luxurious or relaxing. Overall, whilst this didn't really effect our stay as we were out on the island most of the time, our stay at this property did not meet our expectations. A little care and attention given in these areas would work wonders!

Wonderful stay in Nevis!
Myself, husband, 5 year old and 20 month old had a wonderful stay at The Crimson House in Nevis. The highlight was the lovely Juliette who met us at the water taxi drop off and was always a text message away to answer any questions. She was super sweet to my children and even gave my daughter a little gift when we left (totally did not need to do this) My daughter still talks about Juliette. We rented a car through her so everything was super easy. The island is small and easy to explore. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the water and the pool was absolutely perfect for our family. The property is very well maintained. My children loved running around the large yard. Wish we stayed longer than 3 days. Would absolutely return!

Christmas vacation
What a beautiful place to stay. Juliet was an outstanding property manager. She made all our connections run smoothly. We enjoyed the few days we had on Nevis. The only issue was enough hot water for everyone. We feel confident this will be addressed by the attentive Juliet. We would stay at Crimson House again for our next visit to Nevis.

A warm welcome to a beautiful island
We fell in love with Nevis, and Crimson House made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the spacious layout, the fully equipped kitchen, the Jacuzzi in the master bath, the TVs and Wi-Fi, and the proximity to the island’s best beaches. The beautiful view of St. Kitts from the balcony was the backdrop for breakfast every morning before we set out to explore. Juliet was a charming host. She greeted us warmly, got us settled in quickly with the house and a car, and was ready to meet every need at a moment’s notice. Thanks for introducing us to Nevis—we will be back!

Very pleasant stay
I stayed with my family at Crimson House for Christmas. It is very conveniently located next to Oualie beach and comfortable . We hired an excellent chef named Kathy Babson, who cooked excellent meals. The property manager was helpful and the owner very responsive. The house and grounds are very well taken care of. Thank you for a beautiful family memory!

1ST IMPRESSIONS WERE IMPRESSIVE!!.. Lasting.
The vast space of the property entwined with the layout and the ambience during the day and night will stay with me. Simply superb. Everything in it's place. It was home away from home in cleanliness apart from the the weather. The weather greeted me with it's hot climate and the Crimson House greeted me with it's high end facillities. Having come back a week ago I am holding onto memories of my vacation. Sun, sand sea whilst residing at Crimson House this is a prescription for a happy and memorable stay. I need a repeat prescription! The villa sleeps six people, there were two who stayed here so the space was more than sufficient. All bedrooms were spacious with double beds and the cream of the crop, the master bedroom was given to my sister as she needed the vacation just that little bit more than me as she cares for our mother and had not had a break in 5 years. If I could paint or draw I would have captured the views from the verander using paper and pencil. Alas I can't but every morning and evening I practised my Yoga poses and these are the memories I keep with me. How sublime was it to light candles and enjoy a home cooked supper and meditate. Bliss. The whole ambience was set. It's the type of person you are that will make you come back home to the UK and say you went either on holiday OR come back and say.. my stay at Crimson House was an experience. Thank You and we salute you Mr. James Brown for allowing us to experience a holiday of a lifetime. Sunshines, the bar and restaurant we sought to go to has a drink that if you go you should at least take one glass of.. 'Killer Bee'. Folk law has it that you may not remember events after consumed, which is why as ladies we transferred it into an empty bottle and consumed it back at Crimson House where we would be close to our beds. Lovely location
We found Crimson House very spacious and it can be best described as nicely decorated with a lovely designed outside pool and L-shaped kitchen completed with a stone built wall bar. The kitchen captures the view of Nevis Peak and on a clear day and in the distance you can see the white cloud which sits on the top of the mountain. The property manager was very warm and welcoming and readily available to answer questions during our stay and made provisions for us to rent a jeep through their affiliated company, 1st Choice Rentals. The cost for the jeep was affordable and they delivered the jeep free of charges! They also provided a house cleaner who was very helpful and kind, indeed the entire island is filled with friendly people wanting to assist you with their welcoming smile. The Villa is clearly a home rather than just a holiday home with very nice touches. Cable TV, DVDs, Games for adults and children, reading materials. the linen is nicely laundered and is of good quality. The lounge and the kitchen area leads on to an L-shaped veranda that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the island of Kitts Nevis sister island. If you are looking for relaxing there is no better place than Nevis, from the veranda you will be able to enjoy the view of the two islands or see the yachts anchoring off shore with visitors to the island. If you decide to dine in, you can enjoy a candle lit dinner on the veranda or just simply relax in the comfort of the sundering and view the night sky as the sun set. worth seeing The location can best be described as perfect, surrounded by restaurants and if you like sea food, your are in the right location. From the Crimson House you can take a short walk which would lead you to Oualie Beach filled with sporting activities. Ellis, the scuba diving instructor will be waiting to assist you with all your diving needs. You can visit the restaurant were the cook will prepare their local catch of the day. Places to visit: We recommend the Golden Rock Hotel as one of the places for lunch, where you can have lobster for lunch which i am sure you will find delicious. Remember to visit Montpelier Plantation where Princess Diana stayed when is visited Nevis island. Pinneys Beach located next to the Four Seasons Hotel is another place of interest and you can also have lunch, and Sunshine's Bar where you must try a drink called Killer Bees If you want an idyllic holiday in a very relaxing place then Crimson House Barry & Dianne

Nevis Nice! A great holiday in a great location
I arrived in St Kitts airport where I was met by the Villas private chauffeur who took me to Reggae Beach to meet with the awaiting speed boat/ water taxi. The journey to water taxi was memorable itself taking the direct but scenic route along the St Kitts peninsula with views instantly recognisable from television travel programmes and publications. The water taxi crossing to Nevis took around 5 minutes and was an amazing way to arrive in style on the Island, the crew where helpful and friendly transferring our bags and cases on and off the boat. Crimson House is the place to stay on Nevis. The property is situated on a private road only a few minutes away from all that Nevis has to offer. The villa itself has everything that you could require to make your stay as comfortable as possible, fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons, air conditioning, ceiling fans, television, broadband so on and so forth. The living areas are excellent and offer a live in live out dining and entertainment arrangements. Dining outside on the balcony in an evening was a fantastic experience with stunning views over the narrows between Nevis and St Kitts. The property also boasts a private pool which was great for taking a refreshing dip. Juliette the property manager was able to arrange a hire car for us for the week. Getting around by car is great, the roads are quiet, no traffic lights or roundabouts (No need!) and parking is free at most places. Places to visit close by are Oualie Beech, they have a variety of water sports on offer and also a cycle hire. Sunshine Beach Bar, home of the Killer Bee! (An infamous tasty rum punch). It was a pleasant surprised to find cold beer, tea, coffee and biscuit s waiting for us, that is exactly what we needed to get us in the holiday mood. All in all, a great holiday, in a great villa, on a great Island!

Simply amazing!
Our entire experience at Crimson House was delightful. The Crimson House property manager ensured that we were completely comfortable during our two-week stay in the villa. Upon our arrival, we drove just a short distance to our new home nestled in a beautiful area of the island. The garden and surrounding areas of the home were astonishing, filled with colorful, tropical flowers and even an amazing pool and deck area. When we entered the home there was an incredible welcome-kit awaiting us, which included bottled water and items to make tea an coffee. In addition, we found a list of exciting things to do around the island. And the property manager was readily available to answer any additional questions we had. Inside of the home was just beautiful. Each room made us feel at home and even had its own air condition unit so we were all cool and comfortable. Also, the view of St. Kitts from the front patio was breath-taking. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay in the Crimson Villa!

Crimson House (813075)
Our stay in this lovely villa was wonderful to say the least. Its decor and furnishing created a very comfortable and relaxing ambience. The view from from the balcony onto St Kitts is absolutely stunning; and the grounds is also very colour full and well appointed. I found the local amenities to be within a short distance providing good local produce at a good price. The local beach is also close enough to walk to if you so wish and is quite private. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are in this part of the Caribbean.

Juliet, the property manager was very warm and welcoming and readily available to answer questions during our stay and made provisions for a rent-a-car through their affiliated company, 1st Choice Rentals Ltd at a 50% discounted cost! Not only was the cost affordable but they delivered the car FREE of any additional charges, they are indeed the best on the island. The location can be best described as perfect, surrounded by grocery shops, restaurants and the town area. The restaurant cook prepared for us their local catch of the day - the snapper fish. The Golden Rock Hotel is one of the places for lunch, the lobster was delicious, garden nicely landscaped. The historic stone work remains a part of the structure and imagine, the wedding suite is placed inside a sugar mill. We visited Montpelier Plantation where Princess Diana stayed when she visited Nevis. Montpelier has a rich history and is located at top of a hill and overlooks the entire west side of the island and the west coast. Pinneys Beach located next to the Four Seasons Hotel and had lunch at Sunshine’s Bar. Please only have one of his secret ‘Killer Bees’ We spent 2 idyllic and very relaxing weeks at Crimson Villa. There is so much to do on an island that is only 36 sq miles.....We’d certainly love to return ne

Good quality villa and peaceful holiday
Crimson Villa: charming and Imposing Stayed: Feb/ March 2012 We all know from past holiday experiences, there are often many things that can cause your holiday disappointments, we were happy with our choice of Nevis and our stay at Crimson Villa. Nevis has a combination of rich history, charm, peaceful, tranquility, beauty, beaches and many quality restaurants. If that is what you are looking for in a destination, Nevis is the perfect place to visit for your holiday and stay at Crimson Villa. The villa is grace with shaded verandas lovely views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts Island in the distance, while complemented with contemporary kitchen, bathrooms and a 30 foot pool. The breeze passes through the house which makes it cool during the hot days. On our arrival we got wonderfully surprise the kitchen was stocked with everything you need after such a long journey. There was a welcome pack of goodies in the kitchen and bar area of the house. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and the local cold Carib beers in the fridge. Quality linen, towels, which included beach were all provided and there were books to read, games and DVDs should the need ever arise to prize you away from sunbating by the pool. If your get bored by sunning yourself by the pool and watching the monkeys playing in the trees, the nearest beach is only 5 minute stroll down the path. The beach is nearly always deserted with calm, clear waters, so good for swimming. We took up the property manager’s travel recommendations: taxi from St Kitts airport to the Sea Bridge boat; 10 minute trip from St Kitts to Nevis met by the villa manager who arranged everything including transfer to the villa and car hire who even drops off the car at the Villa! While almost all of the action on the Caribbean side of Nevis, we also loved the more rugged and quieter Atlantic side. The roads are also better and the beaches are more remote for privacy. Make time to visit Golden Rock and The Hermitage hotels to get a sense of Nevis' roots and take in some fantastic views. If you are the adventures type you may like tackled Nevis Peak which is 3,350 feet above sea level and we found it to be a great challenge as we slide through the forest. The climb is very steep but it was made considerably easier with hand ropes available to help you reach the top. Beautifully lush and verdant right to the top and all the better for being free to gather your thoughts and reflect on your stay. Make sure

CRIMSON HOUSE - A DREAM HOME VACATION
My wife and I visited the Caribbean for the first time and Nevis is as described ' a true gem'. For a couple who recently established our business a few years ago, we are happy we stayed at the Crimson House. The porch, swimming pool and jacuzzi are all designed for ease of stress. The neighbours are very friendly and quickly assisted with information on outdoor activities, rstaurants and the best beaches. During a tour of the island we had the opportunity to visit the Montpelier Plantation, which is not only a historical site, but hosts a hotel and was told that Lady Diana once stayed there. The entire island has a rich history and some of the finest restaurants but we mostly enjoyed a quiet romantic dinner on the porch which overlooks an ocean decorated with yatchs and the nearby lighted island of St Kitts - quite a spectacular view. The kitchen is filled with up-to-date equipment and the exquisite furnishings of the spacious sitting room and all the other areas is the result of relaxation. We recommend the Crimson House to newly weds, couples who wish to rejuvinate, large families and anyone who wants the experience of a dream home.
