Interior includes granite counter tops, hardwood floors, tumbled Travertine tile bath, and a sparkling new interior. Enjoy the wonderful sea breezes in this comfortable new duplex surrounded by sun, sand, and crushed shell drives. Be among the first to experience all Lewis Bay has to offer. We now offer year round getaways at our Lewis Bay location, weekly or weekends....

Great week in West Yarmouth! House was exactly as described, great location to several small neighborhood beaches including one right in front of the house. Owners are great to communicate with and have the house well-stocked. We can't wait to come back next year!

Property is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and mini golf locations. Easy drive to the ferry’s for Martha’s Vineyard and whale watching. Property manager was very communicative. Would stay here again.

Lovely winter weekend
My family had a great weekend on Lewis Bay in February! We explored the snowy beach, collected awesome shells, enjoyed the views from the living room and explored nearby Hyannis and Yarmouth. The property was extremely clean and very well stocked!

We very much enjoyed our stay in West Yarmouth. The private community was beautiful, with easy access to a beautiful water view. We enjoyed outdoor dining on the patio and the kitchen was very functional. The beds were comfortable and the living space was lovely. We found the area convenient to the bike trail (easy car ride) and multiple beaches.

We have been coming to The Cape upwards of 40 years, and this was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! It was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we needed was available to us. Family Vacation
This cozy home was the perfect spot for my family of 4. We walked to the beach every morning and every evening. I loved that we had such a quiet beach almost to ourselves during this time of COVID. When we did see our neighbors, they were the sweetest.
