Enjoy a relaxing holiday in Cape Cod when you book a stay in our charming 3 Bedroom House in West Yarmouth! After a wonderful day exploring the Cape, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants or whip up something to eat in the equipped kitchen!

Our 1,005 sq.ft. house has 3 BEDROOMS. There is 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom, 1 Double bed in the second bedroom, and 2 Single beds in the third bedroom.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a shower. We'll provide you with towels and toiletries.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA with a lovely decorative fireplace. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the TV or get some work done at the desk using the complimentary Wi-Fi. Air conditioning comes out of the window

In the evening, step out onto your private deck and enjoy some fresh air.

In the KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. You can enjoy all your meals around the dining table.

During winter months, please note there is a gas heater that heats the kitchen, and electric baseboards in only one of the bedrooms. We provide radiators for your best comfort.

If you're traveling by car, you'll find complimentary parking available in the driveway.

We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.

Pets may be allowed upon pre-arrangement for an additional fee of $100/pet/stay.

Long weekend
The property was good, it had a fairly large yard which was great and you could play games or use however. The living room area was separated, if you wanted to enjoy time while others slept that was helpful. The rooms were comfortable.

Bright House near Seagull Beach, West Yarmouth MA
We did not agree with or understand the negative reviews of this house. It is in a very nice neighborhood right off of Rt. 28, and is within walking distance of shopping and several nice restaurants and attractions. It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. The house itself is older but well maintained, and was very clean, and the living room is quite large with big windows and skylights, gas fireplace, TV and games. The sofas and chairs are comfortable and have nice quilted covers, and the beds are comfortable as well. The yard is large for that area, not too close to neighbors and has easy parking. Everything for cooking was provided as well as plenty of clean towels. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to book it again in the near future. It is a bargain at the price that we paid and highly recommended!

West Yarmouth house.
The porch looked partially rotten. When we were given the key code, they forgot to tell us to hit the check button after the numbers, so we couldn’t get in. There was peeling paint inside and out. The rug was so stained it should be replaced. There were so many cords and power strips in the living room there could have been a fire. Very disappointing.

Great location
We had a great week in Yarmouth. The rental was very clean. The location was ideal for many beaches, the ferry to Nantucket and lots of restaurants. My only suggestions would be additional bath towels (one per person for a week is tough) and beach chairs/towels.

Great Cape Escape!
We had a wonderful stay in West Yarmouth, in this cozy, roomy retreat, clean and comfortable for a family of five! Great location as well close to Seagull Beach, Pirates Cove and many attractions on the Cape. We will definitely keep this on our list as our ‘Home away from home’!

Cute house!
The property owner was very nice and very easy to contact. We had a little trouble getting into the property at first but they responded back very quickly. The house was super cute and perfect for our stay. It was also in a very nice area!

The good and the bad
This house has such great potential. Good location, rooms have air conditioners, lots of board games , huge front deck (needs to be painted), fire pit and free Wi-Fi. I have learned my lesson not to rent a place with no reviews. Unfortunately, the rugs and furniture have stains. Which makes it feel dirty. There were bugs (at night) in two bedrooms. We actually ended up sleeping on the couches. Which are comfortable even with those ugly green covers. The bathroom is tiny. They do have an outdoor shower but needs to be clean. I don’t feel that the pictures provided completely represent what you get. I never found the beach towels. The towels provided were dingy gross green not the fluffy white ones seen in the pictures. There was 1/2 roll of toilet paper. We paid 379 a night and paid extra 400 on cleaning and fees. Completely not worth it! We contacted VRBO and left early. We were refunded a day. Wish there was a way to share pictures. This rental needs some elbow grease and supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags).
