"If we visit Woodstock, VT again, without a doubt we will stay at the 506 On The River. By far the most comfortable bed and chairs in our room. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Clean, clean, clean. We love visiting quaint towns and this hotel was the absolute best we've stayed. "

"I didn't realize it was a bed & breakfast when I reserved our room (my mistake), but it was fine. I'm handicapped and had to go up steps in the old home with my luggage (obviously, no elevator). While the room was small and a bit cramped for us, it was nice, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Again, this is not a knock on the property. It was very quaint. Just my mistake for not realizing exactly what I was booking."
