"Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend."

"While driving through the neighborhood to our stay we questioned the accuracy of the listing. We breathed a sigh of relief as we pulled up to the gorgeous and securely gated destination. It was just as cute as the pictures. I loved all of the extras like lotion, cotton balls and face mask provided in the bathroom; however, the toilet paper on some really cool holders was positioned behind the toilet and was very hard to reach. "We had a great experience with the Spanish Casita. Parking was very easy and convenient. The home was VERY clean and a lot of love and care was put in to its design. From a stocked fridge to all the little details. This is definitely going to be our Go-To home away from home in Kerville Texas. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. "

"This place was a scam the home owner was very rude and a terrible person they have no respect for others or there self they wanted to scam me and take all my money that’s all they cared about but guess what jokes on them I got my refund I went through hell but I got it and hopefully they didn’t get paid "
