"I've stayed here twice before with friends and family, due originally to proximity to an annual event in the area. This time, we came just for the Cabin, and got a chance to enjoy things our busy schedule hasn't let us do before; exploding the path along the creek, resting by the firepit, etc. The area is as gorgeous in the Autumn as we'd hoped, and the care that Anita puts into preparing the Cabin for guests is evident everywhere, and very much appreciated. "A great weekend and pet friendly. The cabin is newly refurbished and is very clean, comfortable, and modern, with no musty cabin smell! Great communication with the property owner. We used the bar-b-que and fire pit and made for a nice relaxing evening around the fire. Easy river access for kayaking or fishing."

"We booked last minute to stay for Christmas. The hosts were wonderful, and the lodge and property were breath taking. It was beautiful. The only thing I would say could use updated is the beds and hot water tank."

"We booked the cottage last minute on our way to the east coast after our previously booked lodging cancelled. The owner was quick to respond and the property worked perfect for our needs. It was a nice place to relax for the evening and get some sleep before we got back on the road. The kennel was also great for the dogs after a long day in the car! We did note there is one panel shorter than the rest right along the dog house structure. We were only there for one night and didn't look around...
