"Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock."

"Everything was clean and amazing. I think the listing wasn’t very clear, there was supposed to be a bed in the common space as well as a futon. There was a “bed” in the closet that could roll out. And that room is a full play room at this point."

"We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It was clean, lovely, and well stocked with everything we could need. The location is in close proximity to hiking, skiing, and just 15 minutes from grocery stores. The large windows made for beautiful sunrises and stargazing in the evenings. We would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful and cozy cabin, with plenty of space and games! We were a big group of 7 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. With a fire place inside and out, it's the perfect spot for milk and cookies...! Would recommend! :)"

Stare at waterfalls all day from the farmers porch…

"The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. "

"The location in Newfound is great and is close to our friends. The cottage is cute and about on the level of a 3 star hotel. We did reach out to the property manager several times with no response. The issues were minor. We may stay again."

"The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was so clean and had a great layout. The house felt really private and the area seemed pretty quiet and peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Our older kid loved having the bunk house as a bedroom. And the screened in porch was the most perfect and comfortable place for us to have all of our meals. I was a little worried about the lake when we first arrived. The house is located in a grassy part of the lake. But it is a quick boat ride to the sandbar...

"We stayed in this really nice cabin for 3 days and it was great. The cabin looks relatively new, so everything was pristine. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to."

"The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there."

"Great living space with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Easy ride to Mount Sunapee for a ski day. The kids had a blast playing in the snow in the back yard. The fireplace was great and kept us nice and cozy during the winter storm!"
