"The room was brand new and in perfect condition. We enjoyed the common area with the ability to grab a morning coffee and as well do some laundry. "Property is newly built and very neat and clean. It's walking distance from the ferry terminal. There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. It gets very hot in the room."

"The weather did not cooperate. Beautiful perch. Lighting a bit dim. Basically a large room w a loft and a great deck. With rain we were confined and could not fully appreciate an amazing view. It does sleep 3 but one adult needs to be up and 8 ft latter w minimal privacy. Host was helpful."
