"This place is amazing! The owner was extremely attentive to our questions and very timely if we needed assistance. The ambience was very relaxing and entertaining- great pool, fun games and activities on the property, quiet and peaceful. This was exactly the type of space we dreamed of to spend some relaxing get-away time with each other and our dogs. We recommend this space to anyone traveling with or without pets."

"Great place to stay. Lots of amenities. Games. Volleyball nets. Fire pits. Grills. Hammocks. Board games. Dvds. Utensils. They have the place very well stocked and the host is on site to help with any issues at any time. River is about a half a mile down the road. Definitely recommend to anyone!"

"The property is absolutely beautiful and so very peaceful! Pros: beds are very comfortable, the house is spacious, the scenery is gorgeous, the fire pit area was perfect at nighttime, and the communication between Cohova was top notch! They answered every question I had expeditiously, even on the weekends. Cons: there is no “river access” on the property. However, you have public access just down the road next to the neighboring house. We found this out after floating the river. The weeds were...
