The hosts provide many small details to enhance the stay-keurig machine, Brita water in fridge, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, game cupboard, dartboard, fire pit, grill, lots to do! Super comfy beds and nice bedding, plenty of extra blankets, and towels! No complaints, would stay again. "

Itā€™s close to everything the beautiful Trempealeau area has to offer, yet itā€™s private and makes you feel like youā€™re tucked far away in the woods. The fireplace made the cabin so cozy during the below zero temps throughout our stay. The cabin has everything you need to just kick back and relax. It was exactly what we needed to unplug and recharge for a weekend!"

"This is a very nice cabin to stay in. Everything was clean, up to date and had everything we needed. We stayed during a snowy weekend and the sidewalk and driveway were plowed and shoveled so we could come/go as needed. The owners were great to work with and we enjoyed visiting the local towns. Five Stars from us!"

"Wow - i could not be more impressed with our stay this past weekend. Absolutely breathtaking setting, wonderfully secluded cabin, and the rental itself was the perfect blend of rustic and well-appointed. Being able to smoke foods out on the porch and enjoy the Jacuzzi in front of a picture window was spectacular. Can't wait to return!"

"Beautiful, peaceful, interesting, and lovely location and property. Lots of birds and deer. Nice trails. Cabin was quiet, quaint, and private. Visitor Center staff were kind, engaged, and knowledable. Neat displays and information. Enjoyed learning about Norwegian heritage and history. Property manager provided great communication. Signage to property was also helpful. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again."
