"Stayed twice recently overnight and each time have had a lovely room but the hotel does get busy with coach parties and I had to wait longer than I would normally eat dinner. But would stay again."

"Excellent value accommodation. No frills but service, food and cleanliness were all faultless. The room was very comfortable and the hotel in a lovely spot right on Sutton staithe. Could be further improved by demolishing the ugly redundant function facility attached to the rear of the property but I realise this is no small, or cheap undertaking. Overall a brilliant 2 night break though. Would definitely recommend. "

"We usually stay the night before our travels from Norwich airport. The hotel is walking distance from the airport . This time we did have an issue with our room. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day."

"Amazing size room, lovely big bed. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Bathroom a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. I was on the ground floor and the noise from the room above was loud (thin ceilings?) when they were getting ready to go out in the evening, and again in the morning. Lovely leisure facilities."
