"If your needs and expectations are for a high end motel this would not fit the bill. But sometimes we want an affordable place to stay that is safe, clean and comfortable for sleeping and bathing, etc. And this property completely fits the bill in my opinion. The two staff members I met were friendly and clearly interested in my satisfaction. "Awesome property and guests, but it's not a B and B as advertised . Breakfast isn't served, but a small dish of muffins were supplied in the morning. The suite is above a stable, so horses and goats make some noise at night and you can occasionally smell them. Not perfect, but great. The suite was spotless."
