The Palms is a newly renovated home very close to downtown with 3bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The home is a cozy with a modern feel. The three bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The best part of the home is the large backyard where you can enjoy private lounging, a grill, firepit, or games like cornhole and croquet.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Yes, 24 hours a day.

Q: PARKING?
A: You're reservation comes with two free parking spots in our driveway. There is abundant free parking along Alpha Street

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless we happen to be out, which is rare).

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

$1000 smoking/party fee
Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
One time pet fee of $150 / pet. Only dogs under 30lbs allowed.
No guests are allowed in the home, unless permission is received from the host
-If items are left behind and guest wants it mailed back, guest will be charged a $25 trip fee along with the shipping cost

If our cleaners agree to early check-in / check out they charge us:
-Early check-Ins at 2pm $100
-Late Check-Outs at noon $100
Any stay over 15 days requires a Mid Stay clean at $40/hr

Minimum age to book is 25.
