Spanning an impressive 7,000 sq. ft., this spacious residence features a grand 28-foot high ceiling, 6 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Our hidden gem overlooks the picturesque Lake Clarke, making it a serene oasis in the heart of Palm Beach.

Inside, you can unwind by watching your favorite movies in our surround sound home theater or simply soak in the tranquil views of the lake, pool, and hot tub. For those with an adventurous spirit, indulge in thrilling activities like jet-skiing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and even fishing directly from our private boat dock. Elevate your experience by booking our exclusive 11-passenger Pontoon cruise, based on availability, for a truly unique and memorable journey. It's worth mentioning that we currently do not offer other watercraft mentioned earlier.

Experience the delights of boating, kayaking, and an array of water sports in the serene comfort of your own backyard. Our private boat dock and boat slip open up boundless possibilities for aquatic enjoyment, and we offer complimentary kayaks for your pleasure. When using the kayaks, please make sure to return them safely to the rack to avoid a $50 service charge. You can also partake in a private 11-passenger Pontoon cruise, which is available for rent with a reservation required before your arrival, subject to availability.

- Should you desire, you have the option to prepay a fee for pool heating. This includes all-day heating of the pool to a cozy 85°F, along with the hot tub operational from 3 pm to 10 pm, with the temperature set to your preference, up to 104°F. The fee for this delightful amenity is $55 per day, payable in advance for the duration of your stay.

- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, equipped with comfortable lounges, next to the waterfront pool featuring a sun shelf and hot tub. Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

- For outdoor culinary adventures, we offer a covered Lanai complete with a propane grill, allowing you to sizzle your favorite dishes in the open air. Additionally, there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and we provide beach chairs for our guests to take along on their beach excursions.

- Guest Limit & Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed on the property, whether they’re staying overnight or just visiting. The total number of people on the property—at any time—must not exceed 14.

Your reservation includes up to 10 people. If your group exceeds 10 (up to the 14-person maximum), there’s an additional charge of $35 per person, per night—this applies to both overnight guests and visitors.

All guests and visitors must be included in the “number of guests” section of your booking. A maximum of 5 vehicles is allowed on the property.

- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke outside, provided cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Pre-approval is required if you plan to bring pets.

- We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our house rules, which are in place to maintain a harmonious environment for all.

In the event that HOUSE RULE(S) are breached, regrettably, we will consider it a cancellation of your booking. This will result in the termination of your stay, with all guests being required to leave the property. Please note that we will not be obligated to provide any refunds for any fees already paid. Furthermore, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will incur additional charges for each guest beyond the number originally specified in your reservation. Your understanding and compliance with these terms are greatly appreciated.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Guests are required to confirm with the host once they have checked in. If guests do not arrive within 36 hours of the confirmed check-in time and fail to notify us during this period about any delays or changes to their arrival plans, the reservation will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
