Four main floor bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options:

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Lower level: 2 twin bunks

There is an additional full bath on this floor as well as a dedicated work space. The lower level is perfect for younger guests and the young at heart, offering an array of entertainment options. Two sets of bunk beds, a TV/gaming area, ping pong table, and foosball table provide endless hours of fun. The full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower on this level also doubles as a convenient spot to rinse off after a day at the beach.

PARKING
There is space for 4-5 vehicles at the top of the driveway. Guests also have access to the garage, which provides two additional parking spaces.

THE LOCATION
West Olive is conveniently located between Holland and Grand Haven. Take a day trip to either vibrant downtown where you can enjoy first-class shopping, dining, and entertainment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
