"This is a great place to stay! Had a fantastic stay at Belljem, where it felt like our home away from home. Right from booking, Mr Benny and the caretaker Mr Jose, were so friendly and open in communicating about our upcoming stay. Mr Benny is always available online for queries and Mr Jose took care of us like family! Highly recommend staying here, as it is in the spirtual center of Kerala. The location is a little away from center of Thrissur, but Mr Jose helped arrange transportation whenever...

No value for money

"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. I have stayed in this place years ago and it has gone down the drains and would not touch this with a bargepole if given a choice again. The smaller hotels with lesser amenities but more cleanliness are a better option that this pricy option"
