I love the service. Especially Chrissie helped us when we checked in. Kathy in the kitchen area during breakfast and Chalissa when we checked out the next morning. They were phenomenal and would be the motivating reason for us to come back. However, they were issues. The ONLY elevator kept breaking down throughout our stay. (Chrissie rescued us our first night). Maintenance issues in the room as well. Broken vent fans and lack of towel service to name a couple.

Room needed some repairs -- temperature control knob on the refrigerator was missing and set to a very warm temp, paint on wall above lid to toilet tank was peeling off, and the thermostat on the wall was non-functional (only the control panel on the heater/AC unit below the window worked which causes hot and cold spots in the room), and the elevator door needed manual help to close all the way. However, the guest relations pros at the desk were excellent!! I make this trip often now, so I will stay at this location again because of the very friendly staff.

This place was clean and the staff were friendly . Some things show wear and tear like the door of the room and the chair in the room. Overall I would stay again . It was a lot better than other hotels in the area

Property was in a wonder area. There are plenty of food options located nearby. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was extremely clean and everyone was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Smell in the area was bad. Had to wait at front desk for about 10 minutes before getting checked in. Elevator was broken. Door to the room would not close properly without forcing it. Breakfast was really good.
