She went above and beyond for our stay. We booked accomodation for bridal party for the night before wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenni even ensuring we were topped with refreshments while getting ready for the wedding. "The room was slightly dated, but very clean. On arrival the room was cold, but there was an option to contact the owners to have the heating boosted if required. We were visiting friends nearby so didn't need to do so, and the room was lovely and warm on our return once the scheduled heating had started.
