"Great spot, staff are amazing and the breakfast good (try the shashuka). Bike rental was fun. Massage was the only thing we didn’t love, it was good not great and the room too hot. Not enough to drop it from 5 stars in my eyes. "

"Vi har haft 8 dejlige nætter på Pondok Santi. Vi har nydt det skønne bungalow med det mest fantastsike udendørs badeværelse, stranden, polen og de lækreste dobbel sunbads. Ud over rengøring kommer personalet også om aften og gøre klar til en god nattesøvn ved at sætte mygnet omkring sengen og endnu engang gøre værelset nydelig og velduftende. Personalet har været super hjælpsomme, smillende og søde gennem hele opholdet. For ikke at glemme at, nævne deres helt fantastsieke morgenmenu hvor man dagen forinden frit kan sammensætte ens eget morgenmad samt frit vælge om man ønsker at indtage den på stranden, ved poolen eller i sin bungalow. Restauranten er den flotteste på hele øen og maden er i top, især deres gril menu og den bedste søde, røgede kartoffelmos, det skal prøves. Hotel stiller også gratis cykler til rådighed hvilket vi benyttede os af en del gange. Den park lignende have med de utrolig smukke hvide fliser, lader den kølige brise fra havet bræde sig ind over hele resortet som er med til at holde temperaturen begalig dagen igennem. Super mange tak til de sødeste og utrolig arbejdsomme personale "

"Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful! Right on the white sand beach, gorgeous views, lovely gardens and lawns with splendid flowers and trees. Spacious clean room with big comfortable bed, desk, chairs, fridge, coffee/tea, generous amenities, storage space, patio with chairs and table surrounded with greenery/flowers. We loved eating breakfast and sometimes dinner, enjoying the ocean. Many, many choices for the included breakfast (we especially loved the fresh fruit and salad bar, omelettes and noodle soup made for you, juices, milk, fresh-made fruit juice). Very helpful staff gave amazing service. Large and small swimming pools. The hotel gave us a free photo with Mr. San from Paparazzi Photo, who helped us introverts relax and took excellent photos (we bought extras, very memorable). Superb place, a magnificent, rejuventing vacation!"

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"Very nice hotel, nice poolarea. Good food. The beach on this side is not so good for swimming (many corals) so you need to rent a bike and go to the otherside if you like to swim in the ocean. But a really nice place to stay if you want it quiet."
