"While this is a nice place in a nice location, I would not recommend staying anywhere run by this host. When I arrived at the unit, it was 8 PM, and after a long day, my partner and I were looking forward to eating dinner and relaxing. Perfectly located right on Rte1, access to downtown Ogonquit was only about 10 -15 minute drive, with Kennebunkport only about 20 minutes away to. "The location is good - out of the hustle and bustle of Olgunquit, but close to O and to Portland. Close to beaches. The outdoor pool and fire pit were great. There were lots of amenities at the hotel, but we didn’t know about some until the last night- (indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, gas grills.) We would have loved to take advantage of them! "The property is really nice and easy access to all that Wells and Ogunquit offers. The dwelling is very nice and clean and they supply stuff that’s great to have access to on vacations (beach towels, plenty of dishes, toiletries, etc) that other properties sometimes miss. Only complaint - the water pressure in the bathroom sink and filtered water on fridge is very low."
