"Stayed in keystone for the week with my family. 2 adults and 2 children (10 & 12). Condo was excellent. Plenty of space. Bunk beds in lower room worked great for the kids. Was in a great location for area."

"Very disappointing stay. Our room was dirty and when brought to the attention of guest services there was no offer to come and clean it or move us to a clean room. There were bags of trash in the hallway outside of our room that remained there for all 3 days of our stay. Our pool key did not work, guest services stated they would come and let us in to the pool. After multiple calls and multiple no shows, a representative finally informed us that the pool cover was not functioning properly....
