Wonderful 1 bedroom plus pull out couch in livingroom 650 sq. ft. Fully equipped condo. Stainless appliances, granite counters, insuite laundry, deck with view of $5 m clubhouse, lake and mountains. This unit offers 2 flat screen tv's, dvd, gas bbq, and a lovely view of the lake. Underground secured parking, walk to shopping and bus. 10 minutes to Mission Hill Winery definitely one of the most beautiful places you can go. The clubhouse offers infinity pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, huge chess pieces, mini golf, steam rooms, pool, great excercise room and views to died for.

We had a great experience! Location is very close to fruit pickin, wineries and groceries. The view is fantastic and overlooks the pool area so you know if it’s busy or not. We’d come back for sure.

The condo was close to everything we needed. The host responded quickly when we contacted her. It was unfortunate that the pools and hot tub are seasonal and didn't mention that. Otherwise the other facilities were nice.

The place was clean but the communication with the owner was poor as was the check in. She wouldn't respond to our text's or calls and we had to wait to get into the condo even though it was ready. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. She needs to communicate better with clients.

Well maintained unit: wonderful setting and view.
We enjoyed our stay and consider it excellent value for money. The location is close to shops but is in a park like setting. The clubhouse is beautiful and offers a range of activities. Guests and residents we met were friendly and polite and there was no issue with noise. It would be helpful for a guide on the unit eg letting guests in garbage disposal. Even though I enquired about policies for having guests I did not get any direction. Guests staying less than 30 days are not allowed to have guests to the clubhouse. It’s a sensible policy but this should be indicated more clearly. That said I recommend this unit highly.

Positives: It is a spacious 1 bedroom unit with a large patio overlooking the pool area, the city and Okanagan Lake in the distance. It has a full kitchen equipped with all the dishes and pots/pans you need if you want to cook. The kingsize bed is very comfortable and the walk in closet has all the room you need for hanging your clothes and storing your luggage. There is an assigned underground parking spot. Negatives: the stackable washing machine/dryer needs some repairs. It sounded like a shredder when it went into fast spin on the wash cycle. The bathroom counter is very small so you couldn't put your personal items out. The TV's have too many remote controls and no instructions on how to use them properly. We couldn't get a signal to the bedroom TV. All in all though it was a lovely place and a great location. The price was fair for this time of year and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Clean. Had all of the essentials. I can’t see enough good things about the area. We definitely utilize that amenities. Mountain and Lakeview. It was just absolutely stunning. You would not regret it.
