THE SPACES
Welcome to our stunning vacation home in West Kelowna, a beautifully renovated property with breathtaking lake views and over 3300 sqft of open-concept living. The main level features a great room with a cozy gas fireplace and large television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the loft or basement for a game of Ping-Pong or a movie night.
The backyard and deck with outdoor seating are perfect for summer barbecues, and the brand-new hot tub is the perfect spot to relax under the stars. With two primary suites and two additional guest rooms, our home is perfect for up to 8 guests.
Living Areas:
Enter our beautiful vacation home and be greeted by a cozy great room, complete with comfortable furnishings, a large television, and a gas fireplace. The great room is the perfect spot to relax with friends and family after a long day of exploring West Kelowna.
Dining Amenities:
The fully equipped kitchen features a new electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cookware, and dining ware. Gather around the formal dining area, kitchen table, or bar to enjoy your home-cooked meal.
Indoor Entertainment:
Take advantage of the loft or basement for a game of Ping-Pong, or cuddle up with a favorite book in the family room. Our home is perfect for guests of all ages, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. It also offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games, and a gas griddle (includes gas).
Outdoor Facilities:
In the summer months, enjoy the backyard and deck with outdoor seating, which is perfect for summer barbecues. In the winter, cozy up with loved ones and end your day with a long soak under the stars in the brand-new, private hot tub.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Our vacation rental features two primary suites, one located on the main floor, and the other upstairs. The main floor suite is perfect for guests who may have difficulty with stairs, while the upstairs suite features a private ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth guest rooms are on the second floor and share a full bathroom. All four bedrooms have queen beds, making this property the perfect fit for up to eight guests.

THE SETTING
Scenery:
The view from Casa Lakeview is one of its top features. This extensively renovated home spread out over two levels is located in the picturesque wine country of West Kelowna. From its elevated perch, guests are treated to a marvelous view of Okanagan Lake, the city, and the mountain range beyond.
Neighborhood:
Some of the finest wines in Canada are made in this region, and you can taste them with a visit to Quails Gate, Mission Hill, or other wineries in the area.
If your family likes to stay active, as well as the games room, gym, and swimming pool at the house, there are hiking and bike trails in the region that you can all enjoy together.
Downtown Kelowna is where you can stock up those cabinets and the fridge freezer in the kitchen with your favorite drink and food. There is also a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops to be enjoyed here. Take your pick from a selection of parks that are great for leisurely walks or to enjoy the scenery.
Getting Around:
The house has free parking space for the use of guests. Bringing a car or renting one is the recommended means of transportation. However, exploring the neighborhood on foot is a pleasurable experience too.

Host Availability and Guest Access:
To make your check-in process as seamless as possible, a guest app will be provided to you with all the details. Please note that the loft and basement are for guests' use but require adult supervision for safety reasons.
Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.
Exterior Cameras:
For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.
Insurance:
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
Both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage caused during your stay. Please complete your validation prior to check-in.
