"Good communication and a very easy check-in and check-out process. The kitchen is well-stocked. If there are tenants in the lower space, just know that you can hear almost everything…including muffled conversations and snoring. Maybe earplugs or a white noise machine would help."

Felt like a nice area and was quiet. Not too far away from downtown and it's a nice escape from the city. Also, lots of shopping centers so there's plenty of places to eat, get groceries, or pick up anything you may have forgotten while traveling.
