Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing or unwinding in the hammock on the banks of the river.
Cookout by the fire with the large riverside fire pit. Steps into the river and riverfront deck with lighting by the river for long evening enjoyment. Landscaping steps down the sloping river lot allow easier access to the river frontage.

Wood floors and tile throughout. Living features Smart TV, DVD, Wifi. Granite kitchen counters and all you need to prepare a great meal or just uncork and grill out! Includes: Keurig and Regular coffee maker, mixer, toaster, microwave, range, fridge with ice maker stoneware, cookware & lots of utensils.
Master offers queen bed set, smart TV and 1/2 bath.
Second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and smart TV.
Custom full bath offers 5ft walk-in tile shower.
Lower level offers ping pong table and corn hole.
Max Guest 4 (including children).
Outdoor amenities includes 4+ river tubes, patio set, gas grill, several plastic chairs, hooks for your hammocks, corn hole, ping pong table, small dog crate, patio furniture, gas grill. Guest are fully responsible for any damage to these items as well as using at your own risk (bring your own life jackets).

Inside added amenities include: Pack N' Play crib, bed linens, towels, WIFI, washer, dryer, coffee maker, Keirug, microwave, movies & books, games, smart TV's.

Dog Friendly: Small dog (20lbs or less) accepted with prior notice and approval. 2 dog max. No Puppies or other animals. Crating dogs when alone at cabin and keeping off furniture is required. For your convenience, the deck is gated & small dog crate provided.

Our Vacation Rental Agreement is on this site and will be emailed to you and by reserving you are agreeing to these terms & policies. Upon booking we will email you a confirmation, followed by a check-in package, just prior to your arrival date.
