I Love Staying Here
Aside from the obvious benefits of cleanliness and comfort, it is in a great location close to all things in Farmington. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is a convenient laundromat 5 minutes away. I look forward to returning!

Awesome place
Beautifully redone rental, perfectly laid out. Location was great with ice parlor on one side and breakfast/lunch on the other. Ample parking and space inside. Kitchen was staked with all the appliances you could dream of.

Awesome Apartment Close to Everything!
Very clean, modern, spacious apartment. Well furnished. The bed was very comfortable (we only used the bedroom in the back of the apartment). Great Farmington location close to numerous restaurants, shops and things to do.

Lovely one-story with Plenty of space
This location was perfect for all things in Farmington and surrounding locations. The one-story rental was more spacious than expected and the common area made for great family fun. Lets not overlook that your neighbor is The Ice Cream Shoppe! Thanks Tina and Rob

Central Base
We used this as a halfway point for all the day trips we wanted to make. It was perfect! The house was spacious and quiet and the beds were comfy. AC units in the 2 bigger bedrooms and a box fan for the other. The house was clean for the most part, found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets but we made do. Only downfall was lack of washer/dryer for us. It’s convenient to be next to an ice cream shop and a restaurant, but sometimes it was hard to find a parking spot depending on the time of day. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to friends and family to stay.

Just what we needed
The apartment was exactly what was described and perfect for what we needed. Spent a week so my son could updated his Red Cross Certifications on campus. The proximity to campus was perfect. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and enough room for myself and 2 teen boys. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The only issue we had is the traffic, which is no fault of the owners. Had to get use to the noise but it wasn't so bad to deter us from staying there again. Make sure to go when the Ice Cream Shop is open - great ice cream!

Very clean and fresh.
We had a very quick stop in Maine to help our daughter move. The location of this rental was perfect, very close to town and a great little breakfast place next-door made our stay low key and low stress. Must give a shout out to the Brick Yard Cafe, amazing breakfast fare- really wonderful. The rental was spotless and very spacious. It is close to a busy road, but the noise WAS NOT an issue. We did not cook, but the kitchen was spotless and there was water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside to the whole stay was air fresheners throughout the house and the shower in the house wasn't great. It's a 'rain' shower that just doesn't get the job done. However, bathroom was spotless. Great value for the money and if I had to make another quick stop I'd for sure rent again.

Great spot in Farmington
The house is newly renovated and well appointed. We had lots of room to spread out and a great common area to be together. Overall, we felt that it was a very good value.

Fantastic Apartment Close to UMF and Downtown Farmington
This location was perfect for us to enjoy a weekend away and spend time with our son who attends UMF. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious! There was more than we needed at this great rental. We are all looking forward to renting it again!

Nice place convenient to everything in Farmington
My husband and I rented this property to work remotely and visit relatives. It has high speed internet for Zoom meetings and is very comfortable. It is next to a fabulous ice cream shop! We enjoyed our stay in Maine.

we enjoyed our stay. place was clean, well-stocked. owners very responsive, we were challenged with the "smart TV" the owner came over and set it up for us. toilet handle broke and again they were right there to take care of it. it's handy there is an ice cream shop right outside your door. only drawback is it is on a heavily traveled route, so you hear traffic noise but its not bad

Perfect Location
We absolutely loved this place. The unit is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. 3 bedrooms were perfect for my family of four. Super clean, TVs with streaming apps available, comfortable beds, good size kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, etc., and right next door to a really good diner and an ice cream shop. The owners were really responsive on the app messenger and via direct text message. Everywhere we went in Farmington was 5 minutes or less away, Wilton was just 5-10 minutes away. We are already considering rebooking this spot for next year.
