The bathroom in our room had been nicely updated while remaining true to the classic architectural style of the heritage building. "

"We had a quick getaway for a weekend in Ottawa and chose The Metcalf Hotel. It was a great choice. The location was walking distance to the major sights and the local area was clean and quiet. Particularly helpful was Patrick the valet. After a long drive, Patrick parked our EV car and fully charged the battery- what a nice touch. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our go to hotel when returning to Ottawa. "
