"Absolutely fantastic hotel! We received a warm welcome upon checking in, given a delicious drink and our room was perfect. The sofa bed had already been pulled out and the bed made for us so we could enjoy both beds in the room with no effort required. The TV system, air con/heating, room amenities and bathroom were all just perfect. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the vibe and decor of the downstairs area is so industrial and quirky, we loved it. We had an amazing nights sleep before our early start to catch our flight from Heathrow. This hotel is 100% the only hotel we will consider for any Heathrow airport stays we need and we will be recommending it to everyone we know. "

"Nobody wants to be unwell when they’re away, but there’s little better test of a hotel’s quality of service. The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience.
