"This place is just as advertised. So nice, and the word "quaint" comes to mind. Great on all ends of the spectrum, prime for your own perfect blend of fun and peace! "

"Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint and charming home. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of bedrooms and family space to talk and relax. Very well stocked with all the essentials. "We spent several days at the farm resort and we had a great experience! The property is spacious and we all had our own space to spread out. The game room, which includes ping pong, pool, a hot tub, darts, and board games were used everyday. We had homemade scones and blueberry muffins delivered to us, which were delicious. We used the grill and outside fire pit each evening. We enjoyed exploring the miles of trails. Can’t say enough for the hospitality. If our travels take us in that direction...

"The house is beautiful and everything we could’ve hoped for. Caroline was very helpful and communicative during the entire process. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice trip to Cooperstown and we will definitely be back!"

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
