"Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. "Our stay was absolutely fantastic Fully stocked with everything you need. This place was beautifully decorated clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck that overlooked the river. I would recommend this place to anyone looking just to relax or just sightseeing all the wildlife. "This property was exactly what we were looking for our winter weekend trip to see the elk. We had some beautiful snow while we were there, and the wood burning stove in the cabin was absolutely amazing. Peggy was very responsive to all my questions, and even provided us with homemade bread and treats!"

"When we arrived at the property the mini splits (air conditioning) was not working. The property manager was able to assist us over the phone to get the issue resolved. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway "
