The bedroom feels stuffy, the floor is dirty, and feels damp. The hotel yard is dark and quiet in the middle of an empty shopping complex. There is no welcome or assistance from the hotel staff to carry a lot of heavy luggage from the car park up to the hotel lobby to the room. The restaurant room is also very hot like a sauna because there is no AC. The breakfast menu is also very bad, there is only cold white rice, cold vegetables, a few pieces of chicken nuggets and a lump of dry and cold noodles.
