Would highly recommend the Taj. My wife and I had never been to London before, and we can't imagine a better location to stay. High end hotel in a high end and very walkable area of central London. Buckingham Palace literally three blocks away. Walk to almost everything, uber to everything else.

Very central to Coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to an underground station.
The bar/restaurant in the hotel is excellent.
Rooms can be noisy as the Hotel is on a busy square.
