"We were a group of friends from Sydney away for the weekend to see a show in Canberra and visiting a Canberra friend. The townhouse is layed out well, bathrooms were great however it was a hot weekend and we were advised the third air conditioner in bedroom was still not working. However we were not told the four queen size beds advertised were actually 2 double beds and two queen beds. One of the double beds was so rock hard our friends could not sleep in the bed. "This house was the perfect size for our family get together In Canberra. Beds were on the too soft side but we all slept well. Someone living in the bungalow out the back was a little awkward and the grass and garden needs work. Also the cookware and cutlery needs updating. We did have a fantastic time catching up in this lovely house."
