"A great stay at the Green Dragon. Lovely pub with rooms in a great area. Room was decent for what I was after although with the hot weather, it did get pretty warm during the night. Very comfortable though, clean and nice decor. The pub had a great selection of food and beers and I took advantage of both of these. Great home cooked food. "We enjoyed many facets of our stay at the Lister Arms in early May. The sights and walks are stupendous--there are steep walks and near flat walks along the river and some through stone walled grass fields with lots of sheep. The food at the Lister was excellent and we had meals in the morning, midday and evening. Great selection of real ales. Very attentive and engaging staff. "

"We were made welcome from the time we arrived to when we left. The room was lovely.very spacious and comfortable. Despite the fact that the bedrooms are above the bar and dining room we never heard a thing. It was so quiet. We will certainly stay here again and can recommend the Foresters without hesitation."

"We had a great one night stay. The room was clean, very modern and with high quality finish. Our daughter loved the high sleeper bed which was very safe. Convenient location for Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey. Plenty of parking onsite. We had a great dinner in the pub and our breakfast was delicious too. Friendly staff, would definitely stay again. "The radiator in the room didn't work. I went to see the staff, and the boiler wasn't switched on, which is very strange for January !!. The boiler was on but the radiator didn't work on either day of my visit. 2 heaters were provided, but the person in charge wasn't aware of the issue with the boiler/radiator, which was poor in my view."
