Okay, not great
"The water in the shower never really got above lukewarm. The room could use some freshening up. There was no stopper in the sink, missing baseboards things like that. But for one night it was just fine."

"The deck was full of leaves and tree falling. We had to quickly sweep before guests arrived. Door from lower level had cobwebs on it. Floors were not the cleanest. We moved the couch to look for a lost ring and under the couch was not clean at all. There was not enough wash clothes for our 12 guests ..."

Was clean and quiet. Had a good nights sleep.

Put deadbolts on the doors in the rooms. Fix the front door hinges. Redecorate. The colors were uninviting. The free breakfast was a plus for picking this hotel but after seeing how dirty the place was I did not stick around for the breakfast.
