"Located on a small street overlooking Beirut-Jounieh highway, Hôtello is a furnished suites hotel, each suite has a bedroom, a sitting area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony, along with central air conditioning, daily cleaning and towels change. The rooms are cosy and quiet. The balcony is noisy due to traffic. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the sitting area was not as comfy, but could be converted into a small bed if needed. "Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Loved the complimentary fruits and tea. Although the neighborhood is noisy in the day, we couldn't hear anything when we closed the doors. I appreciate the great service and will definitely come again."

"The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the Seaview from bedrooms was nice. My suite had two showers, one of them had a missing glass door which made it useless. when i told them about it, they just took pictures of it but they didn't fix it. Room service is not great, sometimes they will do what you ask in minutes and sometimes hours even for if it's just a bottle of water. Breakfast bar was so bad and poorly serviced."
