"House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area."

Gorgeous town, nice people, excellent beaches. Be prepared to pay, some things sre pricey. If you love art, its the place to be.
