My favourite desserts in the whole of Iran were in Urmia. Here is the best havij bastani (=carrot juice with ice cream) that I ever tasted. I congratulated the pastry chef for the best ice cream that I ever had in Iran. The pistachio bits were just what this dessert needed and... I will try to search and update the location and name of the store when I get back home. For now, I am enjoying 1 havij bastani/day and I'm happy.
