"Very clean very nice staff"

"I stayed for 3 nights, so I needed to do some laundry. Avid doesn’t have laundry on site for gue. I was able to go to another hotel, but I still think having laundry for guests in the facility would be helpful "

"I booked the wrong day somehow. I called hotels.com and they handled it plus got me a $20 discount! Beds were comfortable, i overslept thru breakfast..check out is noon.. great! Love having a sink in the "kitchen". Everyone was nice. The couch could be cleaned is all. "

"Everything was great about the room and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue was that when we were checking in, there were issues with the room(s) being ready. The hotel is going through renovations and the upper management did not communicate effectively with the facility management. We had one roe reserved which wasn’t ready. They got us a different room and were told it was ready. When we got to the room it was still being cleaned up and didn’t have all the furniture/bed/linens there. We had to wait in the hallway for the workers to finish a room. However, they were very apologetic and made sure we had everything we needed. Once in the room, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We will stay again if in the area. "
