"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "Lovely cottage in Fremington. Nicely furnished and exactly as advertised. Kitchen has a washer/dryer which is very handy and a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with shower over bath and plentiful hot water. Beds really comfortable and loads of space upstairs. So we booked here for the hot tub and the relevant ease of running a Park Run on the Saturday. After running this Park Run we returned back to the accommodation for our day of in and out of the hot tub. "Had a lovely time staying here for a few days. We had a couple of places we had on our bucket list and this was a good base. Didn’t get a chance to see the arch near by by as it was raining. Only advise would be to have a sign where the holiday homes are as we used the postcode and nav took us to road down the road. Thank you for loaning us your pass for the Beamish Living Museum, had a lovely day even though we got a little wet. "
